Job description

We are looking for teachers who are interested in teaching English to Japanese and/or Taiwanese students of different age groups. A majority of our students are working professionals.
You can choose between these schedules:
  • 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Sunday)
  • 6:00 PM – 9:30 PM (Monday to Sunday)
Or you can also create your own schedule as long as the following conditions are met:
  • Must be able to teach for at least 12 hours per week
  • Must be able to teach on weekend
  • Must be able to work at least 3 hours per day
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Have a good command of the English language or be able to communicate in English.
  • At least college level (students are welcome)
  • Must be willing to register as a freelancer with the BIR and get a COR.
Salary: Our base rate is PHP 55/lesson (a lesson is good for 25 minutes) In an hour, you can earn PHP 110 but this can increase through the following incentives (you have to meet the standards set by the company):
  • Japanese speaker incentive
  • Performance incentive – may go up every 3 months depending on the tutor’s performance
Training Schedule and Details:
  • Training will be done in the Bacolod office.
  • Our training program includes both asynchronous and synchronous training.
  • Asynchronous training: Saturday to Monday (at your own pace).
  • Synchronous training: Tuesday to Thursday (2PM to 9:10 PM).
