Job description
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any related courses
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
- Self-directed, critical thinker, and able to work independently
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to communicate in English and Filipino – adequate knowledge required
- Ability to analyze data and produce reports or presentations
- 1-year experience in accounting is preferable but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES
BIR
- Preparing of tax computations and returns
- Document, monitor, and process payment requests transactions
- Preparing Independent Contractor / Freelancer requirements for BIR compliance
- Processing purchase order and validating expense requests
- Recording and filing cash transactions and manual books of account
- Maintain an accurate filing of accounting documents and transactions
- Assist with other accounting related tasks as needed
- Other areas including but not limited to document verification and data entry
Payroll and Government concerns
- Preparing payroll computation
- Processing government remittances
- Assist employees with their government requirements and concerns
Employee Relations
- Manage the bank accounts of the employees and freelancers
- Prepare assessments, certificates, contracts and renewals of contracts, and other paperwork that may be required
- Process working visas and DOLE AEP
- Perform other tasks assigned by the management
What to look forward to:
- Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- 2 rest days per week (Saturday to Sunday)
- Salary Range: PHP 17,000 – PHP 19,000
