Job description


  1. Must have a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  2. Must be willing to work in shifting schedule.
  3. Has a good personality, hard working, trustworthy and patient. Has a strong sense of responsibility.
  4. Must be willing to learn and be trained
  5. Must have excellent command of the English language
  6. Must be able to work well with people of different cultures
  7. Has strong time management and organizational skills
  8. Has knowledge in the use of basic MS Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.)
  9. Ability to work alone and as a group.
  10. Has experience in RECRUITMENT and Human Resources
  11. Has experience in processing PEZA, AEP, VISA and other government documents needed by the company.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  2. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  3. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  4. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  5. Nurture a positive working environment
  6. Manage the recruitment and selection process
  7. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  8. Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  9. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  10. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  11. Ensure legal compliance
  12. Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
  13. Handle benefit of employees
  14. Process foreign nationals’ PEZA and AEP Cards.
  15. Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
  16. Monitor and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
  17. Set the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
  18. Conduct job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization)
  19. Monitor the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant
  20. Manage and develop the team of HR Recruiters
  21. Act as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
  22. Design training recruitment for HR Recruiters and line managers
